1/600 Union monitor USS Puritan

A Resin Model representing the large Union monitor USS Puritan. She was designed by John Ericsson. The US Navy originally specified a two-turret design against Ericsson’s advice, but the second turret was deleted and the design changed whilst the ship was in build. Incomplete at the end of the civil war, her 20” guns were not manufactured, and the ship was finally scrapped . 

This model is scaled to 1/600.
