A Resin Model representing the Confederate casemate ironclad Savannah. She was one of the “Richmond” class of near-sisters and was built in the city whose name she bore.  was finally scrapped .She was commissioned in Summer 1863 and was burnt in December the following year to avoid capture by Sherman’s army.
